Bring your 6th-12th grade youth groups to Camp Lutherhaven for BYG, a fun community-building camp experience!
BYG Youth Winter Weekends is a fun-filled weekend designed to help your youth group grow together in community and faith. It doesn’t matter what size your youth group is, BYG (Building Youth Groups) is just right for building faith that sticks with your crew. This weekend is designed especially for Middle School & High School youth groups (6th-12th grade) to talk, learn, dig into the Word, grow, reflect and have fun together!
NEW! Dive deep into the Word with breakout groups tailored to high school and junior high, allowing for age-appropriate discussions and connections. Engage in meaningful conversations with your youth group and adult leaders, exploring faith and life’s journey together.
Woven throughout the weekend’s spiritual growth, there will be plenty of fun and fellowship as we come together as a large group!
Come join us for a week of inspiration, reflection, and community-building!
The goal of the weekend is to help youth groups grow together through:
- Worship, teaching, devotions, and prayer
- Small group discussions facilitated by our speaker
- Fun games and experiences (plus, fingers crossed…snow fun!)

Cost:
- 2 nights: $94/youth and $58/adult, includes program, 4 meals, and 1 snack (Early Bird Discount: Register by January 24 and the price is $84/youth! After January 24 the cost is $94/youth)
- 1 night: $58/youth and $41/adult, includes program, 3 meals, 1 snack (Early Bird Discount: Register by January 24 and the prices is $48/youth! After January 24 the cost is $58/youth)
Check in & out information:
- Check-in will begin at 6:00 pm (If your group is planning to arrive after 8:00 pm on Friday, please notify registration)
- Please eat prior to arrival, no dinner is served on Friday night
- The weekend will end at 11:30am on Sunday.
- No lunch will be provided on Sunday
- Registration is available up to 7 days prior to an event. See early bird discounts above!
Packing:
- Bedding/Sleeping bag
- Toiletries

- Seasonal clothes for indoors & outside!
