DOGS and PETS!
At Lutherhaven Ministries, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all campers and guests. To uphold these standards, only ADA-certified service dogs are allowed during summer camp check-in and check-out. While we cherish pets, we kindly request that non-certified pets and dogs remain at home during these periods. Please note that if a non-ADA-certified dog is brought to check-in or check-out, you will be asked to place your pet back in your vehicle, to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all. Your cooperation in observing these guidelines helps us maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment at Lutherhaven. Thank you for understanding.
Pick up details:
- Need early pick up? Note this at camper check in, or contact the office to make arrangements.Â
- We are unable to offer late pickup for summer campers. Please make arrangements to pick up your camper between 12-1pm on the day of their departure.
- Keeping track of stuff at camp can be a wild ride! Our Lutherhaven crew does their best, but hey, sometimes things go on an adventure of their own. Help us out by labeling everything your camper brings along. If something goes missing, swing by the check-out table on Fridays — we’ll have all labeled lost and found items there. After that, they’ll be tucked away safely. Need to reclaim a lost treasure? Give our main office a buzz or drop by anytime between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Any goodies left behind at the end of the season will find a new home with someone who could use ’em!”
