Calling all 3rd-8th Graders– Join Camp Lutherhaven for Back-to-Camp Winter Retreat at Camp Lutherhaven this February 7-9, 2025!

Come “Back to Camp” for the fun you know and love at Lutherhaven. At this 3rd-8th grade winter retreat, you get to experience camp in the winter! Join us for a fun-filled time with sessions led by Lutherhaven Staff, great camp friends, food, indoor and outdoor activities and worship. Bring a friend (or five) and have a blast at this wild winter extravaganza!

Lutherhaven is excited to welcome Guest Facilitator, Penny Weiss, to lead Back to Camp Winter Retreat 2025!

Penny Weiss and her husband, Jeff, have 3 grown kids. They spent a lot of time hiking, camping, ice skating and traveling with their children. Now, Penny has added yard and garden work, flying to Chicago and having coffee with friends to her list of favorites. Penny recently retired from her dream job of 20+ years in Youth and Family Ministry. Each of those years, she brought groups of adults and youth to Camp Lutherhaven and watched their faith deepen as they shared in their groups, sang songs, talked, played GaGa ball, prayed and laughed. Penny is excited to be coming to Lutherhaven to do all of the above with you and your group!

Weekend Includes:

• Group Bible sessions, devotions, prayer & worship
• Time with friends and our crazy fun camp staff
• Winter camp games & (fingers crossed) snow fun!

Cost:

• 2 nights: $94/youth and $58/adult, includes program, 4 meals, and 1 snack
• 1 night: $58/youth and $41/adult, includes program, 3 meals, 1 snack

Check in & out information:

• Check-in will begin at 6:00 pm (If your group is planning to arrive after 8:00 pm on Friday, please notify registration)
• Please eat prior to arrival, no dinner is served on Friday night
• The weekend will end at 11:30am on Sunday.
• No lunch will be provided on Sunday
• Registration is available up to 7 days prior to an event

Packing:

• Bedding/Sleeping bag

• Seasonal clothes for indoors & outside!

• Cozy pajamas

• Good shoes or boots for walking
• Money for Trading Post (optional)
