What Not to Bring

Please do not bring valuables, knives/weapons, fireworks, electronic equipment, and cell phones or smart watches to camp! Thank You!

Please NO Cell Phones!

Lutherhaven Ministries believes that a camper’s ability to encounter Creation, create Community and learn about Jesus is tied to leaving the “noise” of the world  behind while at camp. We ask that campers leave cell phones, media players and gaming devices at home, including cell phones. We do not allow campers to use cell phones to take pictures during the week.  Our camp staff will take lots of camp pictures which will be shared with you through our Lutherhaven Ministries App.

Should an emergency arise outside of typical office hours during your camper’s stay, please contact our onsite leadership team using our after hours emergency phone number listed on our website.

Medication

All medication brought to camp must be in the original container and labeled with your camper’s name (it is helpful if you put all containers in a zip-lock baggie).

Medication will be turned into the medic during opening day registration and administered by the camp medic or designated staff only. Please note all medications and dosage on the camper’s health form prior to arrival at camp. See our healthcare safety link for more information.
